Eligibility

Wellness / Educational Purpose

The Mother Code provides educational, wellness, self-reflection, journaling, and personal-development tools.

The Service is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI Healing Coach

The AI Healing Coach is an artificial intelligence tool. It:

  • Is not a human
  • Is not a licensed therapist
  • Is not a physician
  • Is not a crisis counselor
  • Can make mistakes
  • Should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or professional mental-health advice

Emergencies

The Service is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your applicable local emergency number.

User Responsibility

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on educational material, exercises, AI responses, journal insights, and other app content.

Trauma-Related Content

Exercises and educational materials may discuss difficult childhood experiences, family relationships, trauma, grief, abuse, attachment, or emotional distress. You may stop an exercise at any time without penalty.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and any activity under your account.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Impersonate others
  • Upload illegal content
  • Attempt to compromise the platform
  • Scrape protected content
  • Circumvent subscriptions
  • Abuse AI features
  • Violate intellectual-property rights

Community Rules

You are responsible for content you post. The Mother Code may moderate or remove content that violates community standards.

Intellectual Property

The Mother Code branding, curriculum, lessons, exercises, meditations, graphics, audio, videos, workbooks, assessments, and proprietary materials remain protected intellectual property.

Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership. Users receive a limited personal-use license.

Subscriptions

  • Billing frequency depends on your selected plan (monthly or annual).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Free trials, when available, are clearly disclosed with trial duration, billing start date, and post-trial price.

Refunds

Service Changes

We reserve the ability to modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features of the Service at any time.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Results vary. No specific emotional, psychological, relationship, financial, spiritual, or personal-development outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Mother Code and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
